I’ve actually unusual challenge with this careless firm referred to as Hetzner,
I’ve server with them for shared internet hosting, there was abuse for one website on it they usually despatched me mail to resolve this abuse in just one hour or they’ll block the service for the primary server ip .
I’ve seen this mail after 2 hours, when all of my shoppers websites has been cease working , I checked my E-mail and that i obtained this message on unsolicited mail (no drawback until now)
Then, I’ve despatched reply to Hetzner abuse division, that i’ve solved this abused challenge and deleted the abuse file from my shopper internet hosting website,
They did not reply me for lengthy hours, and preserve blocking my most important server ip which makes all my shoppers websites down !!
After that, i despatched message to help, Hetzner help replied me with very unusual reply !!
Please notice that it is 02:20 CET Saturday morning. So at the moment there is no one out there I remorse. Almost definitely they are going to be again in workplace by Monday 08:00 CET.
They need me to attend greater than 2 days with server down as a result of they blocked it and went to the weekly trip !!!
How Hetzner think about the shoppers can wait greater than 2 days with all websites down ? May an organization that respects its prospects block server for two days until there worker ends the holiday ?
Do you suppose that shoppers can belief you once more after making them shedding there enterprise ?
What’s the remorse that your organization provides ? Does Hetzner actually respect its shoppers ?
